Walk to Emmaus
As described by its brochure, "The Walk to EmmausŪ is a three-day experience which takes a New Testament look at Christianity as a lifestyle." First Church hosts the New-Ark Area Community of the Walk to Emmaus.
To learn more about the New-Ark Area Emmaus Community and the Walk to Emmaus, visit the community's web page. Community gatherings, open to all, are held in the First Church sanctuary on the fourth Tuesday of each month (exception being December) beginning at 6:45 PM. In December, the community gathering is held on the second Tuesday.
