All use of First Church rooms and facilities MUST be requested through the church office. Rooms are reserved on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Specific equipment needs and required room setup should be noted on the form.
A request for a recurring meeting may be made once for a calendar year; but the request must be made again for each subsequent year.
Filling out a form DOES NOT insure the room is reserved; you will be contacted to confirm the reservation.
To ensure consistency with non-profit laws and our mission, goals and policies, First United Methodist Church will only accept funds from fundraising when a written agreement has been submitted, reviewed and accepted by First United Methodist Church.
The Fundraising Acceptance Request form must be completed, signed, and submitted to First United Methodist Church no later than 30 days prior to the planned fundraising event.
