Family facts:  Married to Carol; we have wo children - Susan, 42, and Scott, 39 -- and three grandchildren - 14, 9, 6.

Education:  I have a BS in Business Administration from Franklin University, am a Master FEMA Exercise Practitioner, and a Certified Emergency Manager.

How I became a Christian:  My family were active Christians in their church - I remember accepting Christ at age 8 at Bible School at Brushy Fork United Methodist Church.

How I ended up at First Church:  My wife and I desired to grow and learn more about our faith.  We visited First Church and found what we desired.

The most important thing I do around here is:  I do many tasks in our the church but the most important thing I do is work to strengthen my relationship with Christ daily. This helps me keep Christ in all that I do at First Church.

My vision for the future of First Church is:  Serve Christ fully in all we do.
