Family facts: I am married to Nancy (16 years), and have four daughters: Jayme (28), Jenn (23), Deborah (15) and Molly (12).
Education: I are a college graduate (oops!). I graduated from Archbold High School (NW Ohio), Ohio Northern University (B.A. in Speech/Theatre) and Asbury Theological Seminary (M. Div.)
How I became a Christian: I first made a commitment to Christ when I was attending a church camp as a youth.
How I ended up at First Church: The Bishop appointed me to serve on staff in 2006. It has been a huge blessing in our lives.
The most important thing I do around here is: Get out of the way of growth and progress! Working with the staff and leaders to develop disciples and build community.
My vision for the future of First Church is: a growing community of faith that sees beyond itself and its own survival to the needs of the community and world, while being nurtured and challenged in our own faith journeys.
One way folks can pray for me is: that I find a healthy balance in life, family and ministry.
