Requesting Use of Church Facilities
It's a New Year! Time to plan for your 2012 activities at First Church.
Please note that meeting room reservations are NOT automatically carried forward on the church calendar. If you have any type of meeting planned for 2012 (e.g. a Bible study, share group, committee meeting, Scouts, Emmaus, etc.) and want to use a room, you MUST request it through the office.
The Facility Use Request Form may be used to request use of the church facilities (form also available via the ‘Ministry Forms’ Quicklink). PLEASE NOTE – rooms are reserved on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Filling out a form DOES NOT insure the room is reserved; you will be contacted to confirm the reservation.
